  • Junior Associates

    Junior Associates

    We believe that the core resource of our firm is our attorneys. Our success relies on the quality of our legal professionals.


    As we rarely recruit legal interns, our most important growth engine and the key to our continuing success is our junior associates.


    We are looking to hire junior associates, who are highly motivated, eager to learn from experienced legal practitioners, and are looking for a long-term career with us. We encourage junior associates to strive to become future partners of our firm, especially in light of the significant time and attention we invest in our junior associates’ training during the early stages.


    We do not require our junior-associate candidates to have special foreign language skills. Our junior associates have developed their English skills working with us. We also do not require our junior associates to have an M&A experience, which we believe is best developed through “on the job” training. What we are looking for are candidates with strong academic credentials, a desire to specialize in M&A, and a strong drive to develop and succeed.


    Working with us, you will have an opportunity, from the outset of your legal career, to be an important part of a team working on complex, challenging cross-border transactions. 


    Though the work can be demanding at times, we pride ourselves on the pleasant and rewarding work environment.

    We are looking for law students who wish to combine legal work with their legal studies. Law students, who completed their first year of studies and wish to work with us, on a part-time and highly flexible basis are encouraged to contact us.

    The strength of our practice depends on the quality of our attorneys. We are always keen to hear from senior associates, who see themselves working in a unique environment as ours.     Our senior associates must have experience in M&A, preferably cross-border M&A, and be fluent in English, both written and spoken.  We look for dedicated and motivated attorneys, with strong academic credentials.


    Working with us, you will be involved in complex, challenging transactions with a global component.  We offer a dynamic, pleasant and rewarding work environment, where you will have the opportunity to work closely with partners having significant international experience. 

  • Trainees


    As our work is almost exclusively in English and given the very specific M&A focus of our practice, our training process is longer than one year. We invest significant resources in our junior recruits and usually the one-year internship period is not long enough to complete our training phase.  


    Therefore, as a guiding principle, we rarely recruit legal trainees.


    However, we are open to explore hiring excellent trainees in exceptional cases. Candidates who have a strong drive to learn, develop and excel in the legal profession, wish to join a firm with a strong focus on cross-border M&A transactions and a team of exceptional attorneys, and are looking for a long-term career with us, are welcome to contact us.
