From time to time, the firm is requested to provide legal assistance in a variety of matters on a pro-bono-basis. To date, the firm has granted legal assistance to multiple persons, individuals as well as public institutions, in matters close to the hearts of firm members.

In unique circumstances the firm provides pro-bono legal services in an exceptionally wide range of depth and involvement.

No strict criteria is applied in choosing the cases the firm will handle pro bono, review is done on a ‘case by case’ basis. Nevertheless, certain general guidelines exist, including:

1. The petitioner’s good faith;

2. The petitioner’s financial situation;

3. The justness of the cause and/or promoting public interest.
